Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Assist in payroll, attendance management, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate training programs and career development initiatives for employees.
• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace issues.
• Support performance reviews and goal-setting processes for team members.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws, including the Employment Act 1955, SOCSO, EPF, and EIS.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
