Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor vending machines to ensure smooth functionality and performance.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of machines.
• Load, refill, and restock vending machines with products as required.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales data, and machine servicing.
• Report technical issues and coordinate repairs with the technical team.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper appearance of machines at all times.
• Adhere to safety standards and company protocols while handling machines and products.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or end-users.
• Assist in testing and implementing new machine features or upgrades.

Job Requirements

• SPM or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or technical fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a related technical role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physically fit to handle loading, lifting, and restocking tasks.
• Valid driver’s license (if travel to machine locations is required).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
