    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven aspiring high income earner and achiever to join our team to help more entrepreneurs and brand owners in the region to expand their business and increase their revenue through vending machines.
    The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling vending machines, supporting brands in their vending machine projects and related services, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a keen understanding of automated retail, branding and the vending machine industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential clients in various industries to sell vending machines as solution and income generator.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of vending machine stocks and resolution of client issues.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.

    Job Requirements

    • Sales Target: Achieve a minimum gross profit of RM 1 million annually.
    • Client Acquisition: Secure a set number of new clients each month (e.g., 5 new clients).
    • Retention Rate: Maintain a high client retention rate (e.g., 90%).
    • Sales Cycle Efficiency: Reduce the average sales cycle duration (e.g., close deals within 30 days).
    • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high customer satisfaction scores (e.g., 90% satisfaction rate).

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience can substitute for formal education.
    • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vending machine or FMCG industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Skills

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.
    • Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights.
    Additional Requirements:
    • Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
    • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
    Preferred Attributes:
    • Experience in the vending machine industry or similar B2B sales environments.
    • Knowledge of the local market and key industry players.
